Effective date: 24 October 2026
This policy describes how Invoice Act Bot ("the bot"), a private Telegram bot for preparing invoices and acceptance acts, handles data.
The bot requests only the drive.file scope. It uses this access solely to create a
dedicated folder in the authorizing user's Google Drive, upload the PDF documents it generates
there, and later read those same files back to resend or verify them. The bot cannot access any
other Drive files.
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties. The bot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The bot's database and OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's private server and are accessible only to the owner. Data is not shared with anyone outside the team using the bot.
Documents are kept as long as they are needed for the team's accounting records. You can revoke the bot's access to your Google Drive at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of your data, contact the owner.
